Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Rich Mess has a 30-day return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost of shipment.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, send us an email with proof of purchase and the reason for your return and our care team will get back to you within 48 hours.

In the instance you receive a bottle broken in transport, please reach out to and attach a photo of the damage and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you.


Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email either approving or denying the return. If the return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. If the return is denied, you will receive an email explaining why.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at and our care team will reach out with instructions on how to proceed.
