Complimentary delivery & returns on all domestic orders. Allow 2-8 working days.

International rates are based on your selected courier at checkout.

Returns

RICH MESS will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unused products shipped/postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

RICH MESS offers free returns from the United States. For other countries, the customer is responsible for the return cost of the shipment.

To complete your return, send us an email at info@richmess.com with proof of purchase and the reason for your return and our care team will get back to you within 48 hours. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email either approving or denying the return. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions to print your returns label. Attach the free returns label to your package and drop off at your nearest FedEx Drop Off location. Visit FedEx for full details.

In the instance you receive a bottle broken in transport, please reach out to info@richmess.com and attach a photo of the damage and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you.

Refunds

If the return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. If the return is denied, you will receive an email explaining why.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and our care team will reach out with instructions on how to proceed.
